Ted Brauch
Ted Brauch is a highly accomplished and versatile banking professional with a unique background in Risk Management, Wealth Advisory and Executive Education.
Ted has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of banking including Enterprise Risk Management, Wealth Management and Capital Markets with leading National Banks. He has successfully implemented and enhanced Enterprise Risk Management functions at several banks including creation of comprehensive governance structures and development of Risk Appetite Statements, policies and associated metrics. A Certified Financial Planner® since 1987, Ted is also an experienced Private Banker and Investment Advisor who has counseled clients about Investment Management, Estate Planning, Insurance and Mortgage/Debt Management.
A senior member of the faculty for the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School for the past 27years, Ted is recognized for his ability to demystify complex financial concepts. Bank Financial Analysis, Asset/Liability Management, Derivatives, Marketing Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Bank Retail Investment Sales are just some of the diverse courses he has taught in his career. He served as Chairman of the Faculty Advisory Committee and received the Faculty Member of the Year award.
A well-known leader in the community, Ted has been Chairman of the Board for two different non profits. His leadership and hands on effort as the President of Notre Dame Club of Greater Jacksonville resulted in the prestigious “Club of the Year” award. Ted has been similarly honored at Barnett Banks as Support Member of Year.
Ted is proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BBA Finance) and Fordham University (MBA Finance). He has been married to his beloved wife, Lisa, for 40 years and is the proud father of 4 wonderful children (still waiting for his first grandchild though!).
Bob Cowhey
Bob Cowhey is a seasoned Sales and Sales Management Executive who has 45+ years of Sales and Management positions with major Consumer companies managing large National Accounts. (Walmart, Target, Sears/Kmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreen Drug, Eckerd Drug / CVS & more).
Bob is a skilled Training and Development Manager with 8+ years of experience with major companies. He is certified in many Team Development courses and programs.
Bob is currently on the Coastal Oaks Board of Directors fulfilling many positions during the past 11 years… Including President, Vice President, Transition Committee Lead, and more. He is an active member of the St. John Paul II Knights of Columbus Council 16492, serving on several committees. He is a very experienced Soccer Referee, Coach, and Mentor. He is also active in the development of the new professional USL Soccer teams … Sporting Club JAX.
He has been happily married to his beloved wife, Pat, for more than 53 years. He is a proud father of two terrific sons and four fantastic grandchildren… Brandon, Makenna, Payton & Cannon.
Bill Osborne
Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources, including hiring, recruiting, training and development as well as employee coaching. As a corporate training director, he is experienced in conducting staffing assessments, providing employee and management training, and delivering tailored learning programs for organizations from twenty states, Guam, and in Ireland, and the UK. Bill recently retired from a second career as an Assistant Professor in the Business Studies School at the Community College of Baltimore County.
Bill has a M.A. Psychology/Counseling (Adler Dreikurs Institute for Human Relations},
a B.A. Psychology (University of Maryland), and a Coaching Certificate (Results Coaching International).

Cheryl Martin
Cheryl Martin was a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of experience working in recovery rooms in both U.K. and U.S. hospitals. She later transitioned into the medical device industry, joining Medtronic as a Clinical Specialist. In that role, she supported physicians in operating rooms and clinics, before advancing to Clinical Manager.
Over her 25-year tenure at Medtronic, Cheryl hired, trained, led, and coached both large and small teams across the Southeastern U.S. As Clinical Manager, she served as a technical expert, training staff and physicians both in the field and as a Corporate Trainer. After retiring in 2022, Cheryl continued with Medtronic as a contractor and now works in the digital marketing space as a Patient Navigator and Educator. Her passion for helping patients manage their pain and navigate their health journey made this transition a natural one.
Cheryl has always loved the coaching aspect of her leadership role, especially mentoring individuals as they prepared for the next steps in their careers. She brings this same passion and experience to the Career Ministry, where she is committed to encouraging and equipping participants as they prepare, interview, and discern the next chapter in their professional lives.
Cheryl holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Victor Valley College in California, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Christopher Newport University in Virginia, and a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
She and her husband, Sonny, have been married for 20 years. They enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, and supporting local charities that are close to their hearts.
